How do you typically engage with a new client?
We start with a free 30-minute call — no pitch. We ask about your plant, your team, and where things break down. From that conversation we can tell you honestly whether we can help, what to build, and roughly what it costs.
What industries do you work with?
Primarily manufacturing — auto components, electronics, FMCG, plastics, and industrial fabrication. If you have a factory floor with machines, manual paperwork, or repetitive physical tasks, we can likely help.
What is FactoryBrainAI?
FactoryBrainAI is our factory digitalization service. We install IoT sensors on your machines, replace paper logs and manual registers with digital workflows, and give your team a live view of the plant — on web and WhatsApp — from anywhere in the world.
How long does it take to digitalize a factory?
The assessment and first sensor installation typically takes 1–2 weeks. Full digitalization — sensors, dashboards, WhatsApp integration — is usually live within 4–6 weeks. Complex multi-site rollouts take longer but follow the same phased approach.
Can you build a custom robot for our production line?
Yes. We have the BCN 3D Moveo and SCARA platforms as starting points, but we configure each build for the specific task — pick-and-place, assembly, welding, painting. We scope, build, and deploy from our lab in Noida.
What do you use for 3D printing, and how fast is turnaround?
We run FDM (PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, and engineering filaments) and resin printers. Most functional prototypes and custom parts are ready in 24–48 hours. For production runs or post-processed finishes, we'll give you a specific timeline after reviewing the files.
How is pricing structured?
We quote per project after the first call — no retainers required. You'll get a clear scope: what's included, the timeline, and the final cost. We don't charge for the scoping conversation.
