1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging RnDynamos Labs ("we", "our", "us") for any product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

RnDynamos Labs provides Physical AI products and services, including:

• Robotic systems — BCN 3D Moveo six-axis arms and SCARA robots, configured and deployed for custom industrial tasks.
• FactoryBrainAI — IoT sensor installation, factory digitalization, and AI-powered dashboards with WhatsApp integration.
• AI Voice Agents — custom voice AI built and deployed for inbound/outbound call handling.
• 3D Printing — FDM and resin printing for prototypes, jigs, fixtures, and custom parts.

All engagements are scoped individually. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in a written proposal or service agreement before work begins.

3. Consultation Calls

Initial consultation calls are free and carry no obligation. Information shared during a consultation is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties. A formal engagement begins only when both parties have agreed to a written scope.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our website or engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when contacting us or using our booking system.
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or misappropriate our proprietary systems, firmware, AI models, or designs.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any credentials, API keys, or access details we provide to you as part of a deployment.

5. Intellectual Property

All hardware designs, firmware, AI models, software, and documentation produced by RnDynamos Labs remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing as part of a service agreement. Open-source components used in our builds retain their original licences. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary work without written permission.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each project proposal. Unless stated otherwise: a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due on delivery. All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless agreed otherwise. Fees are non-refundable once the corresponding phase of work has been completed and delivered.

7. Warranties and Disclaimer

We warrant that our work will be carried out with reasonable skill and care. Hardware systems are provided with a warranty period as specified in the project agreement. Beyond what is stated in writing, our services are provided "as is". We do not guarantee that AI models, voice agents, or automation systems will achieve specific performance targets, as results depend on factors outside our control (data quality, environment, third-party integrations).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RnDynamos Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
